Filippo, alongside Hannah Hilligoss, Vivek Krishnamurthy, Christopher Bavitz, and Levin Kim, published Artificial Intelligence & Human Rights: Opportunities & Risks, a groundbreaking report on the intersection of artificial intelligence and international human rights. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in neuroscience and political science and from Harvard Law School. He was a Carr Center Technology and Human Rights Fellow in 2019.
