Filippo Raso is a law clerk in the Privacy and Cybersecurity group at Hogan Lovells. There, he helps clients traverse the evolving privacy, security, and data protection landscape.

He has long been drawn to data-driven technologies and their potential to improve nearly all facets of life and wonders how to ensure that the benefits are promoted and the unintended consequences minimized.

Filippo, alongside Hannah Hilligoss, Vivek Krishnamurthy, Christopher Bavitz, and Levin Kim, published Artificial Intelligence & Human Rights: Opportunities & Risks, a groundbreaking report on the intersection of artificial intelligence and international human rights. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in neuroscience and political science and from Harvard Law School. He was a Carr Center Technology and Human Rights Fellow in 2019.
