
The Carr Center for Human Rights Policy hosted a discussion with former Colombian President Juan Manual Santos on the Integrated System for Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition. This was created as a result of the peace accord between the Colombian government and the FARC guerrillas.
We invited leading researchers in each of the four areas of transitional justice to share their perspectives on key aspects of the 'Integrated System' of Transitional Justice. In this conversation, we sought to identify adequate measures for evaluating the institutions created by the peace accord to address victims’ rights to truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition.
