Matthew Smith warns that lack of access to information will accelerate the spread of the coronavirus in Cox's Bazar.

During a global crisis, vulnerable populations are exponentially more at risk of being affected. In Cox's Bazar, Rohingya Refugees have been denied access to internet and cellphones since 2019. Basic rights such as access to information, sanitation, and clean water are all factors that will lead to the virus spreading at a rapid rate and be left virtually undetected during early stages.
