The Carr Center for Human Rights Policy invites you to join a study group on policy challenges and medical evidence in mass atrocities. The study group, which will meet four times this semester, is convened and moderated by Susannah Sirkin, Senior Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy.

“Mass Atrocities: Policy Challenges and Medical Evidence.” Each session will draw on a current or recent case and bring the practical experience of Physicians for Human Rights in documenting international crimes and advocating to prevent them and promote accountability and remedies to victims.
