whenattimesRenowned civil liberties lawyer Burt Neuborne will discuss his book, When at Times the Mob is Swayed: A Citizen's Guide to Defending Our Republic.

Neuborne, a former national legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union and founding legal director of the Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University School of Law, has participated in more than two hundred cases in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Part urgent warning that the constitutional brakes on excessive executive power are dangerously weakened, and part repair manual for those willing to get their hands dirty repairing them, When at Times the Mob is Swayed is as timely as it is necessary.
