 itics and Public Policy. Dr. Donovan leads the field in examining internet
  and technology studies\, online extremism\, media manipulation\, and disi
 nformation campaigns. Dr. Donovan leads&nbsp\;The Technology and Social Ch
 ange Project (TaSC). TaSC&nbsp\;explores how media manipulation is a means
  to control public conversation\, derail democracy\, and disrupt society. 
 TaSC conducts research\, develops methods\, and facilitates workshops for 
 journalists\, policy makers\, technologists\, and civil society organizati
 ons on how to detect\, document\, and debunk media manipulation campaigns.
 &nbsp\;Dr. Donovan's research and teaching interests are focused on media 
 manipulation\, effects of disinformation campaigns\, and adversarial media
  movements\n\n\n\n	Vivek Krishnamurthy is the Samuelson-Glushko Professor o
 f Law at the University of Ottawa and Director of the Samuelson-Glushko Ca
 nadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC). Vivek’s teachi
 ng\, scholarship\, and clinical legal practice focus on the complex regula
 tory and human rights-related challenges that arise in cyberspace. He advi
 ses governments\, activists\, and companies on the human rights impacts of
  new technologies and is a frequent public commentator on emerging technol
 ogy and public policy issues. Along with his former colleagues at Harvard’
 s Berkman Klein Center\, Vivek is the author of a landmark study for Globa
 l Affairs Canada that evaluates the risks and opportunities for human righ
 ts that artificially intelligent systems present. Vivek was previously the
  Assistant Director of Harvard Law School’s Cyberlaw Clinic and Counsel in
  the Corporate Social Responsibility Practice at Foley Hoag LLP. He is a R
 hodes Scholar and clerked for the Hon. Morris J. Fish of the Supreme Court
  of Canada upon his graduation from Yale Law School. In addition to his Ca
 rr Center affiliation\, Vivek is also an Affiliate of the Berkman Klein Ce
 nter for Internet &amp\; Society at Harvard University\, and a Senior Asso
 ciate of the Human Rights Initiative at the Center for Strategic and Inter
 national Studies in Washington\, D.C.\n\n\n\n	Bruce Schneier is an internat
 ionally renowned security technologist\, called a 'security guru' by&nbsp\
 ;The Economist. He is the author of over one dozen&nbsp\;books--including 
 his latest\,&nbsp\;Click Here to Kill Everybody--as well as hundreds of ar
 ticles\,&nbsp\;essays\, and&nbsp\;academic papers. His influential newslet
 ter 'Crypto-Gram' and his blog 'Schneier on Security' are read by over 250
 \,000 people. He has testified before Congress\, is a frequent guest on te
 levision and radio\, has served on several government committees\, and is 
 regularly&nbsp\;quoted&nbsp\;in the press. Schneier is a fellow at the&nbs
 p\;Berkman Klein Center for Internet &amp\; Society&nbsp\;at Harvard Unive
 rsity\; a Lecturer in Public Policy at the&nbsp\;Harvard Kennedy School\; 
 a board member of the&nbsp\;Electronic Frontier Foundation\,&nbsp\;AccessN
 ow\, and the&nbsp\;Tor Project\; and an Advisory Board Member of the&nbsp\
 ;Electronic Privacy Information Center&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;VerifiedVoting.org.
 \n\n\n\n	Mathias Risse is the Faculty Director at the Carr Center for Human
  Rights Policy and the Lucius N. Littauer Professor of Philosophy and Publ
 ic Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School. His work primarily addres
 ses questions of global justice ranging from human rights\, inequality\, t
 axation\, trade and immigration to climate change\, obligations to future 
 generations and the future of technology. He has also worked on questions 
 in ethics\, decision theory and 19th century German philosophy\, especiall
 y Nietzsche. In addition to the Harvard Kennedy School\, he teaches in Har
 vard College and the Harvard Extension School\, and he is affiliated with 
 the Harvard philosophy department. He has also been involved with executiv
 e education both at Harvard and in collaboration with international organi
 zations.&nbsp\;Risse is the author of On Global Justice and Global Politic
 al Philosophy. On Global Justice&nbsp\;is known for introducing the 'groun
 ds-of-justice' approach to global political thought. Global Political Phil
 osophy is an introduction to political thought from a global standpoint ra
 ther than the more typical state-focused perspective. Risse is currently&n
 bsp\;completing two additional books. The first is the co-authored On Trad
 e Justice: A Philosophical Plea for a New Global Deal\, forthcoming with O
 xford University Press (with Gabriel Wollner). The other is On Justice: Ph
 ilosophy\, History\, Foundations\, forthcoming with Cambridge University P
